1. How has Topline Pro helped keep your business running smoothly?
Topline has allowed me to not worry about posting anything at all on my business social media.
So I have more time to go run estimates and be out in the field.
I have less time that I need to be on social media.
Topline is easy to work with to so if they post something you don’t like or want to change it’s so easy to get in touch with them
2. What advice would you give other business owners in your industry for this time of year?
It's either feast or famine this time of year boys.
My advice to you is to save some money throughout the year from about the second week of February if you can manage it up until the 23rd of December.
Weekly you should be taking out a percentage and putting in a safe or a safe spot to make it through the winter months because it’s unpredictable him r why I say it’s either feast or famine.
You either work all winter or you don’t and times can be great or times can get rough. My season this year has been off the chain so I’m actually looking forward to taking off roughly two months.
3. How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses?
You need to be unique from the other “Tree Guys” around your area.
You can be more knowledgeable, truthful, caring , understanding. (Because there are a ton of guys that are uneducated, unqualified and can’t show the proper insurance or workmanship comp)
When clients know that you are listening to their needs instead of just trying to sell a massive removal and pocket the most money as fast as you can it creates a connection with the client.
I have about an 60% sale rate for all of the estimates that roll in throughout the year.
We have managed to stay booked out of 6 to 8 weeks all year since the beginning of January.
